Started in our own facility.

FloofPark began as a solution for our own private pet facility. We noticed how many pets were stressed and nervous about their time away from home, and how no single platform could manage boarding, daycare, training, dog park and private rentals while still prioritizing behavior, safety and good matching.

As people who deeply understand the value of mental health in humans, we believe a pet's mental wellbeing is just as critical to care for as their physical health. Anxiety, stress and loneliness matter, and they show up in behavior long before they show up on a chart.

Mia, a PhD in the sciences with a certification in applied animal behavior, wanted to solve this problem. Zi, a senior machine learning research engineer, built and tested FloofPark inside our facility, refining scheduling, automation and behavior-aware matching. Now we are building it at scale for operators of any size.
